Vincent's Ice Cream Shop is the perfect venue for summer fundraising activities. 20% of all proceeds from each fundraising day plus any tips will be donated to your group. All you need to do is provide the cause and a couple of volunteers! So far in 2009, Vincent's has hosted fundraisers for a Honduras missions trip, the local Manistee Police Department's "Shop with a Cop" program, Manistee High School's Grad Bash, and the Manistee 350 Club. Stop in and pick up a fundraising application today! Family Business Vincent's Ice Cream Shop is owned and operated by the Vincent family with help from local workers. The owners, David and Mary Ellen, moved to manistee in 1992 and have loved being here ever since. Their two sons graduated fro MHS in 2006 and 2007 and are both currently attending college. Their daughter is a sophomore at MHS and plans to attend college upon graduation. Mary Ellen Vincent opened Vincent's Ice Cream Shop in April of 2008 despite the rest of the family still thinking the whole idea was an April Fool's joke. |
